Novelty cakes are pretty popular nowadays, but I can say that Trina is one of the first pastry chefs in Cebu to ever go into this kind of baking. She started baking novelty cakes about three years ago, when novelty cakes were just a blur on the horizon.
Not only do Trina's cakes look fantastic, they taste great too!
My favorite is Trina's walnut biscotti, though...

I asked Trina to surprise my fiancee with some special cupcakes in the shape of MSN emoticons. It was a hit!
I didn't taste them myself, but I heard they were delicious.
